Tech Training Academy LLC must receive full payment before we can register a student in any class. We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Cards: You can pay online with: Discover, American Express, Visa, and Mastercard
- PayPal: You can pay online using PayPal
- Wire Transfer: Information provided upon request
- Purchase Orders: We accept Purchase Orders. Purchase Orders must be sent and approved by the Accounting Department.
All payments for classes must be received in full prior to the class start date. If payment has not been received by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the registration.
Cancellation Policies For On Demand Training Courses
Tech Training Academy LLC On-Demand courses are self-paced learning solutions combined with course material that allow customers a greater level of flexibility based on their schedules. Customers must prepay for On-Demand Courses prior to access being granted by access. Any opened or accessed product is not eligible for a refund. Credit can be issued towards another course at sole discretion of the Tech Training Academy LLC.
Refund Policies For Official Exam Study Guides
Tech Training Academy LLC official exam study guides download instantly and access to a download is provided in the cart and an email. Any purchased official exam study guide is not eligible for a refund.
